Cinnematic is run by Hannovae LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

Account details: your name, email address and plan, from the sign-in and checkout you use to join.
Your content: the videos you upload, the text you write to describe an edit, the edits we produce, and the transcript of what is said in your video (made so the edit can follow your words).
API keys you add: stored encrypted, never shown again in full and only used to run your own edits.
Usage: credits used, edit status and basic technical logs (request paths, times, errors).

How we use it

Only to run Cinnematic for you: to sign you in, check your plan, make and deliver your edits, keep your credit balance, answer support requests and keep the service secure.

No AI training

We do not use your videos, voice, likeness, text or edits to train AI models, and we do not let anyone else do so.

Who we share it with

Service providers that help us run Cinnematic: payment and checkout, hosting, storage and compute. They process data only on our instructions. We do not sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep your uploads and edits while your account is open; you can delete any edit at any time. When your account is closed, your uploads and edits are deleted within 30 days. We keep billing records as long as the law requires.

Security

Files are stored privately, links to them expire, and stored API keys are encrypted at rest.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion by emailing us. Depending on where you live you may have further rights under local law.
