These terms are an agreement between you and Hannovae LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("we", "us"), which runs Cinnematic (cinnematic.com). By creating an account, buying a plan or using Cinnematic you agree to them.
Cinnematic turns a talking-head video you upload into an edited vertical video. You can use it in the browser (Creator and Pro plans) or through your own AI assistant (Connect plan).
You need a paid plan to make edits. Keep your sign-in and any access tokens you create private; you are responsible for what is done with them. You can revoke a token at any time in Settings.
You keep all rights to the videos you upload and the edits we make for you. You give us a limited licence to store, process and deliver them only so we can provide the service. We do not use your content to train AI models. See the Privacy Policy.
You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload, including the right to use the likeness and voice of anyone who appears in it. Do not upload anything unlawful, infringing, sexually explicit, hateful or harmful.
Do not try to break, overload, reverse-engineer or resell the service, share your account, or get around plan limits. We may suspend accounts that do.
We work to keep Cinnematic running but do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free. Styles and features may change. If we change these terms in a material way we will tell you before the change takes effect.
The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before it arose.
You can cancel at any time. We may close an account that breaks these terms. When an account is closed, your uploads and edits are deleted within 30 days.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
